You don't need to mobilize the oscilloscope, just listen to it with this detector. Why do you say your baud rate is 115.2K, more than audio, can't hear! You can definitely hear it. First of all, 115.2K is the baud rate, not the frequency of the signal. Even if the data is sent at intervals of 01010101, the fundamental frequency is only 57.6KHz. Of course, 57.6KHz cannot be heard by the human ear, but when sending messy data, There must be components less than 20KHz.

Even a signal that does not contain audio components can be "heard" as long as it is strong enough, because it will feel like squelch when you get close, maybe it is blocked.

Of course, you can also listen to the signal of the headphone line, but the external leakage magnetic field of the twisted pair or the closely parallel two lines is small, and it is best to separate the two lines to increase the volume. Listening directly to the earphones, the sound is loud and deafening. Listening to high-impedance headphones with low volume, because high impedance means small current and small magnetic field (small magnetic field refers to the area around the headphone cord, not the headphone coil).

3. Determine whether electrical/electronic equipment is working:

You can listen to whether the remote control of the home appliance is working, press a certain key and there will be a sound, and you can judge whether a certain key is in poor contact, etc.

Near the phone, you can hear some regular sounds, of course, different phones have different sounds. If the mobile phone is playing music or talking, use this device to get close to the mobile phone, and there will be a clear sound of music or a call.
