1.Are you manufacturer or a trading company?We’re the manufacturer. The headquarters of DWIN is located in Beijing, which has 250,000 square meters production park in Hunan province, China. All products are shipped out in our Hunan factory.2.Does your product include program software?Yes. All smart display is based on free DGUS software tool, but different type for each CPU (K600+, T5,T5L). You may consult with the sales engineer for the details.3.How shall I program the display?Step 1: Connect the smart display to the PC with the accessory (wire, adapter etc).Step 2: Create the UI project based on DGUS software tool.Step 3: Download the DWIN_SET folder to the display (Only DWIN_SET folder in SD card can be readable).Step 4: Simulate the communication between the PC and the smart display based on DWIN protocol and address setting.Ensure you have the guide manual, factory demo, software tool and others at hand, which are useful to your development.4.What kind of interface does the smart display have?The display is based on UART Serial port communication. TTL/RS232/RS485 is available.5.I wanna to make some adjustment on your smart display. Is it possible?Yes, customization is available. The design may include1) Customize TFT-LCD module according to the customer’s requirement;2) Develop the customization function;3) Extend the flash memory to 1GB or 2GB;4) Assign the interface to RS232, RS485 or TTL.6.Are you using resistive touch or capacitive touch display?Non touch panel, Resistive touch panel, Capacitive touch panel are all available.7.How can I get the technical support if any issue during the development period?Always keep in touch with the sales engineer. If no such channel, you may send email to [email protected], to get the help in time.8.How do you guarantee the quality?The factory is under ISO9001 quality management. And the product may pass the CE, Rohs certificate. We provide 12-month warranty for unartificial defect.9.Do you have any MOQ limit?No limitation on MOQ. 1 Piece sample is also welcome. If you’re a fresh user, interested into our smart display, 2.8Inch, 3.5Inch, 4.3Inch may be a good choice, which is cheaper, with the required function.10.I wanna to prefer a smart display used in medical equipment. Do you have such type?Yes, we have. Our smart display can be split into several type, including commercial grade, industrial grade, medical grade, Automotive grade, Military grade, to meet the quality requirement on different industry.11.Can your smart display connect to PLC?Yes. The smart display contains the DWIN protocol, also support Modbus protocol. It can be connected to PLC, any MCU etc.12.Except for smart display, what else do you have?DWIN has been continuously researching and promoting the new product each year. On one hand, upgrade the design of smart display. On the other hand, promote other products including Android LCD display, HDMI HD display, Thermostat etc. You may check with the sales engineer for more information.13.What payment term do you support?T/T by Bank, Paypal etc.14.May I have a tour of the factory?Always welcome at any time.
