Before putting orders, please read carefully and understand completely the transaction Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) hereunder.1. Color/Pigment

    1.1 Color for the inner and the outer: The colors for both inner and outer sides of each hose listed at our store shall be for reference only. WE may deliver the hose(s) of the same inner and outer color by default if the Buyer fails to indicate. Please feel free to inform us by leaving a message at the chat window or a comment following each order to indicate the color respectively for the inner and the outer, in case two different colors are desired.

    1.2 Color difference (or chromatic aberration): The color of each item at our store shall be for reference only. Due to the handmade technologies and the pigment pastes, each specific color during our mass production might be either lighter or darker for each batch than the given color sample advertised at our store.

    1.3 Color choices: The color samples listed at our store shall be for reference only. WE provide more color choices to satisfy diverse options. Please feel free to contact us to customize any other specific color as expected, different from those at our store.2. Shipping Fees    2.1 Free Shipping: For specific countries within our global logistics deployment, the price for each kit quoted at our store shall include the fees of AliExpress Standard Shipping.     2.2 Paid Shipping: For specific countries outside our global logistics deployment and for the options other than AliExpress Standard Shipping within our global logistics deployment, the price for each kit quoted at our store shall exclude the shipping fees. The Buyer may choose any one of the paid shipping options, which have been offered with competitive discounts in our system.3. Leadtime and Logistics Information    3.1 Leadtime: It shall generally take us 2-3 (two to three) days to complete production, inspection, package and delivery to the local courier after the order is paid by the Buyer (except the Exceptional Circumstances as defined in Clause 3.3).     3.2 Logistics Information: The first logistics record (air waybill tracking number) shall be generally uploaded at our store within 5 (five) days after the order is paid by the Buyer (except the Exceptional Circumstances as defined in Clause 3.3).    3.3 Exceptional Circumstances          3.3.1 Major National Holidays, e.g., Chinese New Year (Chinese Spring Festival), etc.          3.3.2 Force Majeure Events. A Force Majeure Event refers to the occurrence of an event which is beyond our reasonable forecast, avoidance and control and which prevents us from performing our obligations under the transaction, including but not limited to the current and subsequent novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic either in the country of origin or in the destination country. WE shall notify the Buyer in case of such Force Majeure Event and may be entitled to automatically extend the delivery period in our logistics system with a reasonable grace period.4. Quality Warranty WE shall promise a lifetime quality warranty for each hose with a minimum period of 1 (one) year.5. Import Duties, Taxes and Fees The price of each kit/set listed at our store shall exclude any and all import duties, taxes and fees. WE kindly remind the Buyer to verify such import duties, taxes and fees at Customs of the destination country.6. Wholesale Price As a factory-based store, WE would like to offer much more competitive prices for wholesales around the world. Please feel free to contact us for more discounts if more than 10 (ten) kits/sets are order for each specific kit/set.
